About me
I provide a range of therapeutic interventions as well as being a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist & NLP Practitioner. I also practice Integral Eye Movement Therapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Reiki. I am a Consultant for SlimmerThinking & Virtual Gastric Band. I have an enhanced DBS on the update service and a qualified Mental Health First Aider. Qualified Counsellor for children & adolesecents.
I used a combination of Reiki & Hypnotherapy for pain relief with excellent results.
I am based in St Helens, Merseyside, however I offer a mobile service or online serivice on request.
My aim is to help others lead a much improved positive and healthier lifestyle.
I have a passion for psychotherapies and over 20 years experience working with children & adults within the NHS setting.
I also offer 1:1 sessions and Group workshops for weight control, Past Life Regression, Wellbeing & Mindfulness, Relaxation Therapy, EFT for both children & adults
I run wellbeing classes, workshops and courses for children, teaching them skills and strategies to help overcome anxieties, fears, anger issues and much more. Outcomes are excellent
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained and qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist with Innervisions School. I am a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP), IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy), EFT and Reiki Practitioner. I offer counselling for children & adolescents.
I use a combination of Reiki & Hypnotherapy for pain relief with excellent results.
After qualifying in Child Psychology, I gained a passion for psychotherapies and continued my studies as above with the intention to continue to study further to help my clients.
I specialise in Paediatric Psychotherapies. I am a qualified Tutor in Hypnotherapy. I also hold a qualification in Mental Health First Aid.
