Welcome to Coniston Hypnotherapy.
Hi, my name is Laurita Tomlinson-Smith and I trained as a Hypnotherapist after having a few hypnotherapy sessions myself.
My Goal is to help you with your current challenges, enabling you to manage better and be more in control in your everyday life.
Hypnotherapy can help you with all kinds of issues. In helping to positively change your internal subconscious processes you may have learned in the past. We can choose good feelings instead, more positive ways to address life's challenges and 'let go' of any learned negative habits, leaning towards living more positively and confidently, and thus helping to engage in a happier and more fulfilling life.

The Initial Consultation lasts around one hour or a little longer if needed, to allow me to assess your individual therapy needs and agree with you on how I may help you and the sessions you require.
My sessions normally last around 45 minutes upwards depending on the needs of each client. I’m currently offering a free initial consultation (normally £45). Therapy sessions start from £75.00
Discounted rates may be available depending on individual circumstances.

I provide hypnotherapy from one of the therapy rooms at Appleseeds Healthfood Store in Ulverston Town Centre Monday to Saturday.
Near Appleseeds - Parking is available in the car park behind the Medicine Garden.
