If stress has become your baseline and your nervous system is on edge, I can help you create real and lasting shifts.
🌀 My approach:
I’m trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy (QCH), a flexible, client-led approach that blends modern hypnosis, CBT, NLP, and positive psychology. This means sessions are tailored to you; your values, your experiences, your goals.
You won’t find a script here. Instead, you’ll find support that meets you exactly where you are.
You will be in safe hands. For more than 10 years, I have supported people to feel better from stress (including physical presentations), anxiety, depression, bereavement, PTSD, traumas, overcome burnout, phobias, and pain. I also facilitate courses for executives and senior leadership in several organisations.
I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy; and therapist member of AnxietyUK.
IBS & Gut Health
Hypnotherapy is a recognised type of therapy by the NICE guidelines to help people experiencing IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). Typically, people come to see me after having visited doctors, having had multiple tests, tried diets (such as low fodmap) and nothing helping, significantly, with the symptoms. Yet, most of the people I work with experience positive improvements from the first session.
Mindset Coaching
This is usually for people experiencing mental barriers who want to unleash their full potential. To get your where you want to be, we work together for a minimum of 3 months, and the work sessions will be more structured to what you are looking to achieve. You will also receive access to you own portal so you can measure your progress.
