About me
Cognitive Hypnotherapy - Hypnobirthing - Maternal Coaching Online
Hello! I am Laura and I specialise in matrescence,(the different stages of motherhood). Here are some areas where I can support you through your journey:
Conception: IVF support, tokophobia, miscarriage, anxiety, planning after loss or birth trauma
Pregnancy: childbirth fear, hypnobirthing, anxiety, morning sickness
Parenthood: birth trauma, identity, confidence, depression (PND), anxiety, clarity and finding purpose.
I have been working in the field for over 10 years and focusing my service to matrescence since 2019. Besides of being a qualified Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, I am a certified coach and mentor; hypnobirthing practitioner through Confident Childbirth and trained in adverse childhood experiences.
Also, I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy; member of AnxietyUK and the Complementary Natural Health Council.
To continue supporting parents, I founded Mind the Mother. A safe space for parents to find the support they need to nurture their minds and guide them through their own personal growth.
About You
You are somebody committed to the work towards the change you came to see me for. We will work together with your goal in mind, to feel better and make the changes you need to make. I will be guiding you through the ups and downs of the journey, but ultimately you will be the one taking action for that future you are looking for.
Sessions
One-to-one sessions with me are usually around 75 minutes long. I ask people to block their diaries for 90 minutes to make sure we have plenty of time to work on what you need to feel better. In between sessions you might receive some audios to aid the work we do on the session, as well as communication through email.
