About me

Cognitive Hypnotherapy  - QCH Therapy & Coaching Online

Hello! I am Laura, professional Cognitive Hypnotherapist (QCH Therapy) and Master NLP practitioner. I help people find relief from IBS and Anxiety; as main specialised areas.

You will be in safe hands. For over 10 years I have supported people to feel better from stress (including physical presentations), anxiety, depression, bereavement, PTSD, traumas, overcome burnout, phobias, and pain. I also facilitate courses for parents and CPD training for managers in organisations. Besides of being a qualified Hypnotherapist and Master NLP practitioner, I am a certified coach and mentor; hypnobirthing practitioner through Confident Childbirth and trained in adverse childhood experiences

I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy; and member of AnxietyUK.

QCH Therapy is an evidence based therapy, solution focused, that works with how you experience the World. And because everyone is unique, each individual is treated as such, together we will tailor the sessions and plans just for you.

IBS & Gut Health

Hypnotherapy is a recognised type of therapy by the NICE guidelines to help people experiencing IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). Typically, people come to see me after having visited multiple doctors, having had multiple tests, tried diets (such as low fodmap) and nothing helping with the symptoms. Yet, most of the people I work with experience positive improvements from the first session.

Mindset Coaching

This is usually for people experiencing mental barriers who want to unleash their full potential. To get your where you want to be, we work together for a minimum of 3 months, and the work sessions will be more structured to what you are looking to achieve. You will also receive access to you own portal so you can measure your progress

About You

We will work together with your goal in mind, to feel better and make the changes you need to make. I will be guiding you through the ups and downs of the journey, but ultimately you will be the one taking action for that future you are looking for.

Sessions are 50 minutes long, apart from the 1st session which tends to be longer.  In between sessions you may receive some audios to aid the work we do on the session, as well as communication through email.
