I support adults who want to explore patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that may be getting in the way of how they want to live. Clients often come to me when they’re navigating stress, anxious thoughts, fears or phobias, emotional eating, or habits like smoking or vaping. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Sessions are held online, offering a safe, flexible space to pause, reflect, and begin making meaningful changes.

Training, qualifications & experience
I’m a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) Practitioner and hypnotherapist, trained under Marisa Peer’s method. RTT blends hypnotherapy, coaching, and cognitive techniques to help clients explore and shift limiting beliefs.
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, with a focus on emotional safety, realistic support, and compassionate communication.

All sessions are held online via secure video call. This allows for flexibility, privacy, and comfort, wherever you are.
Fees for a full RTT session start from £250, which includes:
- Curiosity Call
- Intake Consultation
- RTT Session
- Bespoke recording
- Follow-up care
Packages and bespoke support are available on request.
