About me

My name is Katie Mahey and I help people become happier, more confident and more in control of their lives. Life is too short to be feeling anxious, low, out of control or fearful. Often my clients have been feeling this way for a long time, until they discover that they hold the power to change their lives!

I am qualified in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, with Psychoanalysis. I am based in Strood in Kent and I run a welcoming and confidential service, and I really enjoy helping my clients make the changes that they want to achieve.

Nothing is permanent, and you do not have to hang on to anything you do not wish to! I am talking here about anxiety, childhood traumas, past events, phobias, unhelpful habits, long term stress...and the list goes on. We were not born with any of the above, and anything that can be learnt, can also be unlearnt. It is never too late to make a change.

I am an Anxiety Specialist. I help clients become less stressed, less anxious, feel more confident, get over past traumas, overcome fears and improve their lives in many ways.

You are welcome to contact me via this website, my website, my email address or via phone/WhatsApp (07447 190364). When you first make contact we can discuss briefly what it is you would like help with, so I can give you an idea of usually how many sessions are needed. Within our first session you can offload anything you want to discuss and i will ask questions to find out what i need to know to work with you. It is in this session we can make a plan together of how many sessions you will need, how often you will come and what your therapy will involve. Every client is different and every therapy session is different as it is tailored to your needs. Do get in touch if there is an area you need help with that is not listed.

Ready to become the best version of you? Contact me now and get the ball rolling
