About me

Hi, I’m Kate, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist supporting young professionals, children, and teenagers with anxiety, stress, and confidence difficulties.

My approach is warm, practical, and neurodivergence-friendly.

Sessions combine:

  • Psychotherapy
  • Brain-based coaching grounded in neuroscience, helping you understand your thought patterns.
  •  Hypnosis to help calm the mind and reinforce positive change between sessions.

Whether you or your child are struggling with high-functioning anxiety, school stress, social anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, panic, low self-esteem, or feeling overwhelmed by life, this work is about helping you feel more grounded, more in control, and more like yourself again.

I have over 10 years’ experience working with children and young people across education, theatre, and media, including training as a primary school teacher, working for Blue Peter, and as a producer for BBC Children in Need.

These roles gave me a deep understanding of how children, young people, and families experience anxiety, stress, and emotional pressure, and how important support, mindset, and connection are in helping people navigate these challenges and move forward.

I feel incredibly grateful to now bring this experience into my work as a therapist.

I offer:

  • 1:1 therapy
  • Corporate wellbeing workshops
  • School workshops on mental health for teachers and students

📍 Available online and in-person (London)
