About me
At Nurtura Therapy, I support women navigating the emotional complexities of fertility challenges, IVF, and the journey to conception. My clients often arrive feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and disconnected from their bodies - weighed down by the pressure to "stay positive" while managing the uncertainty of treatment and the emotional toll it brings. My goal is to support women to find relief, regain a sense of calm and control and reconnect with themselves in a compassionate and supportive space.
My approach uses an integration of cognitive behavioural therapy, evidence-based hypnotherapy, alongside mindfulness-based practices and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), tailored specifically to the fertility journey. I understand the importance of working gently and holistically, creating a space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, release fear and self-doubt, and build confidence in their bodies. My background allows me to meet women exactly where they are, helping them shift unhelpful thought patterns, cultivate emotional resilience and nurture an environment that encourages success.
Through our work together, clients discover powerful tools to reduce anxiety, improve their emotional well-being, and approach each stage of their journey with greater confidence and trust. I’m here not only as a therapist but as a compassionate guide - someone who truly understands the depth of this experience and is committed to helping women feel empowered, supported, and more in tune with themselves every step of the way.

Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
