Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
Sessions and fees
How long is a session?
Our first session together is 60-90 minutes and subsequent sessions are 60 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different, so this will depend on what the issue is you would like help with, as each client’s treatment plan is tailored to their needs.
For most clients 3-6 sessions is about average. For some clients it will be 2-4 sessions and for others it will be 10 or more. Cognitive Hypnotherapy aims to help you in the shortest time possible, making the changes permanent.
Your commitment to therapy is really important.
What is the first session like?
In this session we will discuss your issue and how we can work together to make the change you want. It is important to give yourself time to think and explore how you feel about your issue; this is a vital part of therapy and it allows me to create a personal treatment plan for you.
How do I book an appointment?
By email me or by phone 07769 971302
How much does it cost?
