About me
I offer hypnotherapy in a calm, supportive and person-centred way. I understand that reaching out for help can sometimes feel daunting, so my aim is to provide a safe and welcoming space where you can feel heard and comfortable.
I tailor each treatment plan to you as an individual, working collaboratively and at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can explore your strengths and resources and use them to support the changes you would like to make.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified hypnotherapist and registrant member of the National Hypnotherapy Society. I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy, accredited by Chrysalis Not-for-Profit and supported by the Prince's Trust.
Alongside my hypnotherapy practice, I am a student pluralistic psychotherapeutic counsellor, currently completing a Level 5 diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling, with a particular focus on the psychodynamic approach. I receive regular clinical supervision and follow relevant professional and ethical frameworks.
