About me

I offer hypnotherapy in a calm, supportive and client-centred way. Sessions are tailored to the individual and focus on helping clients explore their own resources and strengths in a safe and collaborative environment. Hypnotherapy may be helpful for a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties, and I work with clients at a pace that feels right for them.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified hypnotherapist and a registrant member of the National Hypnotherapy Society. I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy, accredited by Chrysalis Not-for-Profit and supported by the Prince's Trust.

Alongside my hypnotherapy practice, I am a student psychotherapeutic counsellor, currently completing the Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic (Psychodynamic) Counselling. My work is supported by regular clinical supervision and is undertaken in line with the NCPS ethical framework.

Professional memberships:

  • Registrant Member: National Hypnotherapy Society
