Call me for a chat and assessment session.
I am a practising Hypnotherapist and Counsellor based in North London. I am also trained in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling drawn from a variety of approaches to suit the individual client.
As a qualified Integrative therapist, I combine hypnotherapy and counselling to offer a bespoke service, treating you as an individual with your needs in mind.
Hypnotherapy is a way of getting help in moving past blocks and unlocking the full potential in our lives.
Each presenting issue requires a different number of sessions but 1-6 is average and at each stage of therapy, progress is continually reviewed and discussed with you to ensure a process is structured for each and every individual client. Sessions are generally 60 minutes.
I work with you creatively towards a sense of well-being, confidence, achievement, clarity and freedom of mind.
When I started the six-week long course, I confessed to Hydeh that I was rather sceptical about hypnotherapy. Hydeh just asked me to try and keep an open mind. By the end of the six weeks, at the very least I had learned to relax. I also lost 12 lbs. Since completing the course three months ago, I have lost a further 8 lbs. I continue to listen to the recordings of Hydeh’s scripts once or twice a week and a deep sense of calm ad relaxation washes over me every time. Feeling relaxed and losing weight at the same time, I could not have believed possible. My scepticism has been fully dispelled, thanks to Hydeh’s amazing hypnotherapy skills.’

HypnotherapyWhat is Hypnosis?
- HYPNOTHERAPY is a pleasant, peaceful experience engaging the creative subconscious mind which is responsible for stored learning and producing habitual behaviours without the need of conscious thought, which is why logical decisions to change habits may not always work. Hypnotherapy is particularly effective to stop smoking, overcome phobias, build confidence, relieve stress and restore a sense of well-being.
