About me
I use solution focused hypnosis to enable you to overcome stress, anxiety, and depression and help you create new, positive, and very effective changes in your life. You will feel more relaxed, more confident, more content, and in control of your life.
I can help with the following: anger management, anxiety, chronic pain management, confidence/self-esteem issues, depression/low mood, eating behaviours, exam performance/stress, fears and phobias, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), low motivation, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), public speaking, sports performance, stress, substance addictions, unwanted habits, and weight management.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma from the National Council For Hypnotherapy. I also hold a Diploma In Solution Focused Hypnotherapy Training from Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training.
I am a registered member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. I have a 20+ year business career working at all levels right up to executive and have very strong coaching skills. I qualified as a solution focused hypnotherapist in 2019.

The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) was set up to provide information about a modern form of Hypnotherapy and its associated benefits to members of the public. The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.
