About me

Eva Alvarez – Clinical Hypnotherapist | EMDR | Ego State Therapy | Reiki Practitioner

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist committed to helping clients release limiting beliefs and emotional blocks through a tailored, person-centred approach. Each session is uniquely designed to meet individual needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities to create meaningful and lasting change.

Alongside hypnotherapy, I am a qualified EMDR practitioner, certified Ego State therapist, and trained in counselling skills. I integrate these approaches to support clients in uncovering the root causes of unwanted behaviours, patterns, and emotional difficulties, empowering them to move towards healthier and more fulfilling ways of relating to themselves and others.

My work often incorporates Inner Child Healing and Age Regression Therapy, providing a safe space for clients to explore deeply rooted experiences and release maladaptive patterns that no longer serve them. I also teach practical tools such as self-hypnosis, helping clients build confidence and resilience on their journey of self-empowerment.

I take a trauma-informed approach, supporting individuals through challenges including emotional abuse, co-dependency, PTSD, complex PTSD, anxiety, low self-esteem, and difficulties with self-belief. My passion lies in helping people reconnect with their inner strengths and step into a more authentic, empowered version of themselves.

A key area of my practice is working with clients with ADHD. Diagnosed with combined-type ADHD myself, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience. I understand not only the clinical aspects but also the everyday struggles, such as rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD), anxiety, impulsivity, feelings of not belonging, and low self-worth. I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where clients can be their authentic selves without the need to mask, and I support them in becoming more assertive while learning to nurture all parts of who they are.

In addition, I am a Reiki Practitioner with a deep interest in the spiritual dimension of healing. This allows me to support clients navigating the often intense and confusing process of spiritual awakening, offering guidance and grounding during times of profound transformation.

Whether you are seeking healing from trauma, working through issues of self-worth, navigating ADHD-related challenges, or exploring your spiritual path, I provide a compassionate and intuitive space for growth. By combining powerful therapeutic approaches that address the root causes of difficulties, I help clients create lasting change and step into a life of greater clarity, self-acceptance, and empowerment.
