About me

I am a qualified hypnotherapist with training through Chrysalis and professional membership of the Hypnotherapy Society. I offer a calm, supportive and confidential approach, helping clients work towards positive changes in areas such as stress, anxiety, confidence, habits and emotional wellbeing.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual. I use hypnotherapy techniques to help clients develop greater awareness, relaxation and more helpful patterns of thought and behaviour.

I have a particular interest in the gut–brain connection and IBS, and I am continuing to develop my specialist training in this area. Where clients are seeking support for IBS or other digestive symptoms, I work within my professional scope and encourage appropriate medical assessment where needed.

Sessions are designed to be respectful, client-led and focused on realistic goals. I aim to create a safe space where clients feel comfortable, listened to and supported throughout the process.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Counselling from The Open University, which included study in psychology, mental health, counselling and forensic psychology.

I also hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Introduction to Counselling Skills from Chrysalis Not For Profit Ltd.

I am a Registrant Member of the National Hypnotherapy Society (MHS) and am recorded on the Society Register.

My training and academic background support my work with clients experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, sleep difficulties and workplace stress. I work online and aim to provide a calm, confidential and personalised approach to hypnotherapy.

Further information

I currently offer online hypnotherapy sessions only, providing a convenient and confidential way to access support from home.

Before beginning, I offer a free 15–20 minute introductory consultation. This gives you the opportunity to tell me a little about what you would like support with, ask any questions and decide whether working together feels right for you.

I offer:

Single hypnotherapy sessions

4-session programmes

6-session programmes

Top-up sessions for returning clients

My main areas of focus are anxiety and overthinking, self-esteem and confidence, sleep difficulties and workplace stress.

I aim to make sessions feel calm, straightforward and supportive, with each session tailored to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
