Hi, I’m Emma,
Do you hold everything together for everyone else, but inside, you’re exhausted?
Maybe your mind never switches off. You worry about everything, feel constantly stressed or worried, snap more easily, overthink every decision, or lie awake wondering why you can’t just cope like everyone else seems to.

And somewhere underneath the worry, stress and overwhelm, you’ve started to lose confidence in yourself.
As a Clinical Hypnotherapist with 10 years’ experience working in NHS mental health services, I support mums (from newborn to teenage) and mums-to-be with anxiety and low confidence, as well as birth fears and birth trauma.
I can help you to move from surviving to feeling yourself again and thriving.
Training, qualifications & experience
I combine over 10 years experience of working in NHS mental health services with:
- Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy - Surrey College of Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy
- Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
I use Timeline Therapy, Parts Therapy and Inner Child work to compliment my above qualifications.
Where appropriate I will draw upon my qualification in CBT (PostGraduate Certificate in Low Intensity Cognitive Behaviour Therapy - University of Reading)
