About me
I am a highly experienced health professional, qualified Rapid Induction Hypnotherapist, Hypnosis Mastery and Rapid Transformational Therapist, Rewind Trauma Therapist, Willingness Ladder Practitioner and Midwife with a deep understanding of the emotional challenges that can accompany life’s events.

Traditional therapy often involves multiple sessions, which can be time-consuming, emotionally draining, and expensive. However, with Rapid Induction Hypnotherapy (RIH) or Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT ®), we can bypass these limitations and delve straight into the heart of the matter. By accessing your subconscious mind together, we can revisit the root causes of your pain or unwanted behaviours. Together, we review these scenes with the knowledge and understanding you have gained since the initial event.
Using the Rewind Trauma Therapy, we can move highly influential events from the pre-frontal cortex into deep memory and all of this achieved without the need to talk about it. Again. This therapy is also known as 'Closure Without Disclosure', for this very reason. Your experience remains with you, but without the emotional charge currently associated with it. I treat Veterans for free (1 session only and on Zoom). It has a 97% success rate - it is fast and effective. During all our sessions, we remove the “white noise” surrounding traumatic events—the overwhelming emotions, power imbalances, unfamiliar environments, and fears that keep us from living the life we truly want.
This process allows us to work together from a new place of empowerment, enabling you to view these events through a different lens and experience them in a new light. Through RIH & RTT®, we effectively address trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), loss, anxiety, addictions, flashbacks, and unresolved situations where powerlessness has been a prominent factor.

It is rare that I have ever recommended any more than 3 sessions per presenting problem. I may use all or only one of the above modalities within each session. Each client receives a minimum of 2 follow-up contacts included within this price plus a 30-minute ‘intake’ conversation. Each session lasts between 60 - 90 minutes
