About me

Hi, and welcome to Limeflower Wellbeing.  If you are hoping to make some lasting changes, I can support you to feel empowered and take the necessary steps in a relaxing and calming way.

I am a clinical hypnotherapist and life coach, using a solution- focussed approach to my sessions; aiming to help you to take control over your wellbeing.

I will support you through hypnotherapy, mindfulness and relaxation techniques to gain a positive mindset and make the changes you desire.

I have worked for 20 years with diverse client groups in social care; 12 of these as a social worker and believe in inclusivity and equality.

I specialise in calming the mind for anxiety and stress reduction, sleep support, confidence building, smoking cessation, hypnobirthing and exam support. I can however support with a range of other issues which we can explore in the initial consultation, so please just ask.

You will learn a range of tools and mindset techniques to help you reframe your thinking, calm your mind and reset, which you can take away with you as your 'tool kit'  and build into your life.

I offer a free 30 minute telephone or zoom consultation and my sessions are either via zoom or face to face at the Practice Rooms in Hove post Christmas.

Please feel free to go to my website to learn more about me, the sessions and packages I offer and please email me with any questions or to book a consultation.

I look forward to meeting you, Clare

Training, qualifications & experience

I have 20 years experience in social care, 12 of these as a social worker and 8 of these working in residential, supported housing and hostel settings for people with housing needs, mental health issues, learning disability and substance misuse/offending behaviour.

I was a key worker to many of the clients I worked with and supported them through 1:1 sessions, cognitive behaviour groupwork programmes, confidence building, decision-making and goal setting; using a solution focussed approach to our sessions.

I have worked in social work for the past 12 years with a range of client groups, including: adults/children with learning disabilities, adoption/fostering and early intervention.

I qualified as a clinical hypnotherapist in 2017 including cognitive behaviour techniques, mindfulness and neurolinguistic programming and I qualified as a life coach in 2020.
