About me
I'm a qualified hypnotherapist offering a comforting space that is relaxed, welcoming, and where you're listened to - ensuring sessions are personalised to you and your specific needs.
Sessions offer gentle yet powerful support if you're feeling anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, wish to shift any habit or fear, quiet the inner critic or let go of anything holding you back, and create lasting change from within.
I use various modalities from my training such as NLP, counselling skills, life coaching, and meditation.
I offer sessions online and in person in Maidstone and the Weald (Hawkhurst, Cranbrook, Sissinghurst, Frittenden, and Benenden).
Reach out for a free consultation to discuss what you'd like to focus on, and see if I'm the right person for you.
"Contacting Clare was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. She has an amazing ability to really listen to your worries and stresses, and then gently help you see things from a different perspective, opening your mind to new ways of thinking. Clare provided me with practical tools that have helped me both manage and regulate my emotions when I need to. Since working with Clare I continue to use and practice the tools she gave me in my daily life. I’m incredibly grateful for the support she’s given me."
