About me
There’s a happier life out there for you- let me help you live it and be the person you want to be. I am extremely passionate about getting results and hypnotherapy accesses the subconscious to heal the past, create change and overcome whatever has been holding you back.
I’ve worked with many weight loss clients who have achieved amazing success. I have recently trained to work with cancer patients too given my own cancer journey two years ago.
If you would like a taster, my sister and I offer yoga and hypnotherapy well -being events too!

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with the National Council Hypnotherapy and achieved Diploma Level.
I have also completed the KidsMatters Practitioner qualification and having worked with children both as a hypnotherapist and in my role as a teacher, I have a good understanding of how to engage and successfully help my younger clients too!
I have received training to be a tapping practitioner which is a self-help tool to achieve calmness and control.
Although I have always worked with cancer patients, I am now in the process of receiving accreditation.
Member organisations
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.

I charge £60 per session which is for 1 hr and 15 mins.
Smoking cessation is a longer session. Under 18s at a rate of £50.

I offer free 'informal' telephone consultations in the first instance.
The first session usually lasts 1.5 hours.
The Chandlers Ford therapy room involves stairs but the West end premises does not.
