Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with the National Council Hypnotherapy and achieved Diploma Level.
I have also completed the KidsMatters Practitioner qualification and having worked with children both as a hypnotherapist and in my role as a teacher, I have a good understanding of how to engage and successfully help my younger clients too!
I have received training to be a tapping practitioner which is a self-help tool to achieve calmness and control.
Although I have always worked with cancer patients, I am now in the process of receiving accreditation.

The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.

I charge £60 per session which is for 1 hr and 15 mins.
Smoking cessation is a longer session. Under 18s at a rate of £50.

I offer free 'informal' telephone consultations in the first instance.
The first session usually lasts 1.5 hours.
The Chandlers Ford therapy room involves stairs but the West end premises does not.
