About me
Hello, I'm Carly. I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience working in Neurosurgical and trauma Intensive Care within the NHS. As a solution-focused hypnotherapist, I combine evidence-based techniques with compassion and empathy to help clients overcome anxiety, stress, low confidence, fears, unwanted habits, and other challenges that may be holding them back. Throughout my nursing career, I have supported people through some of life's most challenging moments, developing a deep understanding of the connection between physical health, emotional wellbeing, and the mind. My healthcare background allows me to create a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Alongside my professional life, I'm also a mum to two young daughters, so I understand the pressures of balancing family, work, and personal wellbeing. This experience has strengthened my passion for helping others find calm, build resilience, and make positive, lasting changes.

My clinic is based in my beautiful converted caravan in the coastal village of Wembury, which is about 15 minutes from Plymouth. I also offer sessions online if this brings more ease and comfort.
