About me

Hi, I’m Becky, a fully qualified Clinical Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist (BSc Hons, DFSH, HPD, AFSH) and Nurse with over 25 years of experience across the NHS, community healthcare, and palliative care.

I help people in Bath, Chippenham and online feel calmer, more in control, and more confident in their daily lives. If you are struggling with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, sleep difficulties, or unwanted habits, solution-focused hypnotherapy can help you move forward in a practical and positive way.

If you are struggling at the moment, I can provide practical tools and knowledge to help you move forward positively.

At Studio Bloom Hypnotherapy, I use a modern, science-informed approach combining neuroscience, psychotherapy principles, and clinical hypnosis. Sessions are future-focused, uplifting, and tailored to your goals, helping you create lasting change without needing to revisit the past.

HOW I CAN HELP YOU

I support clients experiencing:

  • Anxiety, stress and panic sypmtoms
  • Overthinking and constant worry
  • Sleep difficulties and racing thoughts
  • Low confidence and imposter syndrome
  • Phobias and unwanted habits and behaviours
  • Addictions
  • Eating Habits and Gut Issues
  • Exam Stress and ADHD
  • Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or burnt out

My approach is calm, supportive, and practical. Together, we focus on helping you break unhelpful cycles, build resilience, and feel more in control of your thoughts and responses.

Sessions are available online or in-person at The Somerset Rooms in central Bath and CK Clinic in Chippenham.

WHY WORK WITH ME?

With a clinical background in nursing and healthcare, I understand how closely the mind and body are connected. My work bridges physical health, emotional wellbeing, and behaviour change, offering a grounded and compassionate approach to therapy.

Clients often choose this approach because it is solution-focused, practical, and avoids delving into the past, instead concentrating on creating positive change in the present and future.
