About me
Do you find yourself held back by anxiety, self-doubt or stress when you need to perform at your best? Perhaps you overthink decisions, struggle to stay focused, or keep slipping into unhelpful habits. You may function perfectly well on the outside while, internally, things feel more complicated than they need to be.
What could change if those issues no longer got in the way? You could approach important situations with greater calm, think more clearly under pressure, trust your decisions and perform with more confidence and consistency. The aim isn’t to turn you into a different person it’s to help you get more from the abilities you already have.
I work with clients to identify what’s getting in the way and develop practical ways to change it. The work is personalised to you, your circumstances and the outcomes you want.
I offer personalised one-to-one hypnotherapy online, with flexible appointments at times to suit you (early morning and evening as well as normal office hours). My approach combines hypnotherapy with practical coaching insight drawn from experience in business, sports performance and high-pressure environments.
The result is support designed to help you move forward with greater calm, control, focus and confidence without having to rearrange your entire life to fit it in.

Further information
I use hypnotherapy alongside practical mental skills to help people understand and change patterns that may have become automatic.
Hypnotherapy isn't about handing control of your mind to somebody else. Quite the opposite.
It's about using the way your mind already works to help create a different response.
For some people that means reducing anxiety or overcoming a specific fear.
For others, it might mean building confidence, improving focus, breaking an unhelpful habit or changing the way they respond under pressure.
My approach is tailored to the person rather than assuming that everyone needs the same solution.
Because, despite what the internet occasionally suggests, humans don't come with a reset button.
