My name is Ann I am a Transformational Therapist/Clinical Hypnotherapist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Practitioner (CBT) I am very enthusiastic about what I do enjoying helping others feel empowered and happier in themselves to overcome challenges, silence their inner critic, promoting a sense of well being.
I use Hypnotherapy in conjunction with other modalities and techniques during a session with you. It will include easy to learn tools and techniques to help and empower you to feel more confident, relaxed and positive in yourself. Our sessions together will be on line and at the end of the session an audio will be emailed to you reinforcing your new habits and beliefs!
I work only on line using either Zoom, Teams or Google Meets.

Clinical Hypnotherapist
Hypnotherapy is a scientifically proven effective method for creating lasting positive change, whether you are dealing with anxiety, low-self esteem, confidence or life's uncertainties, it can be used to help relieve fears and anxieties, re build self-esteem, confidence, raise self believe, strengthen resilience, improve mental well being and develop a positive mindset.
Rapid Transformational Therapist
RTT is a fast acting and highly effective therapeutic process which uses hypnosis to access the subconscious mind and gain awareness of the root cause of your problems and issues. This is followed by transformational suggestion (hypnotherapy) to release the negative effects your past experiences have had on you and build self-empowering beliefs.
Working with a Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT) will help you to better understand and interpret events, how they have or are affecting you, and how you can change your reaction to these in the future. RTT® may be able to help you with specific issues if you are struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression, fears, phobias lack of confidence or panic attacks by, for example, helping you to change automatic feelings of fear into excitement, or breaking away from behaviours that are causing physical or emotional pain. Using elements of hypnotherapy, including trance (a state of deep relaxation and suggestion), regression (a tool used in hypnotherapy to deal with repressed memories or trauma), and hypnotic conditioning (changing thought processes or behaviours),
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) was created by Marisa Peer, a leading celebrity therapist and a pioneering Hypnotherapist trainer. RTT combines elements from a number of different approaches to create a kind of therapy that offers quick results.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy that talks about
- How you think about yourself, the world and other people
- How what you do affects your thought s and feelings.
CBT can help you change how you think (Cognitive) and what you do (Behaviour). These changes can help you to feel better, it focuses on the "here and now" problems and difficulties. Whilst it is often useful to discuss the past and understand how our pasts have influenced our lives and how problems have arisen, CBT mostly focuses on looking for ways to improve your well being now.
Neuro Linguistic Practitioner Training
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Neuro refers to neurology, Linguistic refers to language, Programming refers to how that neural language functions. In other words, NLP is like learning the language of your own mind.
It's true that in a similar way to NLP, RTT does focus on both your language and your mind. Both NLP and RTT can teach you how to better dialogue with your mind and understand the difference between your subconscious and conscious mind. However, RTT deals with the root cause, not the symptoms and through regression accesses whatever blockages my be there.
