About me
I work with chronic pain and anxiety sufferers who are held back in life and work. I help them feel safe and confident in overcoming their symptoms so they can get their lives back on track again.
I use techniques from Pain Reprocessing Therapy with hypnosis and mindfulness. Pain caused by structural damage should be treated by your GP but once the treatment is complete and the damage is healed, remaining pain can be caused by the subconscious brain misinterpreting safe signals from the body as if they were dangerous. Also, psychological stress and trauma can cause the subconscious brain to become hyper-vigilant. This can also result in the brain misinterpreting safe signals from the body as dangerous. I work with these chronic pain and anxiety conditions, helping the client to reprogram their brain so that it correctly interprets safe sensations from the body.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma from the NCH. Feb. 2020
I have successfully completed the training in PRT. April - May 2022

The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
