About me
Hypnotherapy with Andrea Yearsley
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) therapist, and coach, offering confidential one-to-one hypnotherapy sessions online to clients in the UK and internationally. I am also a Lead Trainer for Marisa Peer, supporting the training and development of hypnotherapists within the RTT community.
People seek hypnotherapy for many different reasons. Often, it’s when familiar ways of thinking or coping no longer feel effective, or when someone wants to gain greater insight into their internal responses, habits, or patterns of behaviour. Hypnotherapy can provide a focused, reflective space to explore these patterns safely and at your own pace.
My approach is grounded, collaborative, and individual-led. Sessions are tailored to the person rather than following a rigid formula, drawing on hypnotherapy and RTT techniques alongside thoughtful discussion where appropriate. Many clients describe the process as deeply relaxing and supportive of increased self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a sense of clarity.
I work with clients who value discretion, depth, and a considered approach. Sessions are structured yet flexible, allowing space for reflection, understanding, and practical integration after the session.
I do not diagnose medical conditions, and hypnotherapy is not a replacement for medical or psychological care. If you are currently under medical supervision or receiving other forms of support, hypnotherapy may be used alongside this where appropriate.
If you are curious about hypnotherapy or RTT and would like to explore whether this approach feels right for you, you are welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation.

info Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Further information
Alongside my work as a hypnotherapist, I have a background in coaching, which informs the reflective and conversational elements of my sessions where appropriate. This can be helpful for clients who value time to think, explore patterns, and make sense of their experiences as part of the process.
I offer online sessions, working with clients across the UK and internationally. My work is confidential, thoughtful, and paced to suit the individual, with an emphasis on creating a safe and supportive environment.
