About me
Hi, I'm Alli, an experienced professional hypnotherapist based in Redcar, North Yorkshire, offering sessions primarily online for clients across the UK. I have a background in psychology and run Myrtle Moon Therapies where I support individuals through a wide range of challenges using a gentle, client-led approach.
While I work with a variety of concerns, my specialist areas include anxiety, phobias, trauma, stress management and helping clients stay committed to their wellness goals, such as sticking to a diet or healthy routine or smoking/vaping cessation. However, I also offer past life regression for those looking to explore deeper aspects of their journey.
In addition to hypnotherapy, I'm a qualified Advanced EFT Practitioner, grief practitioner and a BLAST Technique Practitioner, which means I can offer trauma-informed tools to support emotional healing and long-term change.

Member organisations
Each member of APHP has received thorough training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, is competent and conscientious, and abides strictly by a code of ethics. There are four grades of membership: Licentiate (LAPHP), Registered Member (MAPHP), Accredited Member (MAPHP(acc.)) and Fellow (FAPHP), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy is a member organisation of UKCHO (an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom).
