About me

I put my clients at the heart of the therapeutic process. I am non-judgemental, caring and compassionate. I  work with my clients to find solutions that are right for them, helping them to make the changes they want to make, working in a client-centred way.

I am a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist. Solution focused hypnotherapy is a talking therapy which mixes psychotherapy and hypnosis to help clients make progress towards their goals. It is forward-looking.

Training, qualifications & experience

I work with clients on reducing anxiety, stress and self-limiting beliefs. I am  experienced in working with depression, fears and phobias, problem solving, PTSD, sleep issues, work-related stress, performance at work, exam stress and building confidence as well as other issues related to well-being and happiness.

I use different techniques from Solution Focused Brief Therapy, NLP and CBT to help clients find solutions that are right for them. The key theories behind my techniques and approach are based on neuroscience.

I am an NCH-registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, a member of the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. I hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma (HPD) and Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH).

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
