About me

I am usually the last person people come to see when everything else they have tried has failed, but the most successful. I specialise in anxiety disorders, panic attacks, childhood trauma and help for chronic pain using analytical hypnotherapy techniques. Once discovered, understood and reprocessed anxiety these issues can be resolved.

If left to fester negative emotions and feelings can manifest into fear, anger, guilt, shame, low self worth, panic attacks, OCD, eating disorders, addictions, self harm and chronic pain. Early childhood trauma and negative thinking is also linked to physical problems like cancer, heart disease, autoimmune diseases, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.

I treat my clients issues with the upmost respect. I allow 2 hours for each session so that you get the attention you need without feeling rushed, leaving plenty of time for the hypnosis work to be done. As well as dealing with your issues I can teach you relaxation techniques, how to get to sleep easier and teach you self hypnosis.

I work with adults and children from 10 years old.

I am qualified in a gut directed protocol that has been proven effective in relieving the symptoms of 80% of sufferers in the long term (over 5 years). It is the only hypnotherapy based protocol approved by N.I.C.E for irritable bowel syndrome.

You can call me evenings or weekends if you want to talk about your problem so that we work out a way to move forward. If I don't answer just leave a message and I will call you back as soon as I am free.
