About me
I am a Certified Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Therapist and Hypnotherapist specialising in deep, root-cause emotional and behavioural work.
In my practice, I help clients uncover and transform subconscious blocks that influence their well-being, self-image, and life patterns.
Although RTT is the foundation of my therapeutic approach, I also integrate complementary modalities such as Recall Healing, NLP techniques, and elements of counselling psychology. This allows me to tailor each session to the individual needs of my clients and facilitate lasting, holistic change.
I support clients who wish to understand themselves more deeply, release long-held emotional burdens, and create new, empowering beliefs that align with the life they want to live.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Bachelor’s Honours degree in Psychology and Counselling, which provides the foundation for my therapeutic work and understanding of human behaviour.
I have completed advanced training in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and clinical hypnotherapy, as well as full professional training in Recall Healing.
For the past three years I have been working professionally as an RTT Hypnotherapist, supporting clients, especially women, in understanding the deeper emotional roots of their challenges. My work focuses on helping them reconnect with themselves, release limiting patterns, and create lasting inner change.

- A free 30-minute consultation
- A 2-hour RTT hypnotherapy session

Three-month package - £999
A longer, fully supported therapeutic journey designed to create sustainable change. This package includes monthly RTT sessions, personalised recordings, and ongoing follow-up support.
Deep transformation package – £1,999
A comprehensive therapeutic programme that combines Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) with Recall Healing for deep emotional and root-cause work.
The structure of the programme is fully tailored to the client’s individual needs, allowing for a personalised combination of RTT sessions, Recall Healing work, and integrative therapeutic tools.
This package includes:

- Individual transformational audio recordings
- Additional powerful hypnosis audios supporting long-term change
