Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) CPD – 2 day
As well as being hugely practical for your SFH practice, this course gives a deeper understanding of the SFBT model, its place and impact on the psychotherapy landscape and the intersection between SFBT and SFH.
SFBT is the cornerstone of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and, while there are differences between SFBT and SFH, there is very strong common ground. This CPD will improve your understanding of how the SFBT model works, where it intersects with SFH and how to effectively use aspects of SFBT appropriately within your SFH work.
This is a lively 2-day CPD involving plenty of interaction; discussion, practical activities and takeaway resources and signposting to further (optional) reading. It will refresh your practice, build your confidence and motivate you. You will be better equipped to help your clients work just that little bit harder to meet their goals.

About the presenter
Ali Hollands Hook
Ali Hollands Hook is an award-winning hypnotherapist with over a decade of experience. She runs The Happy Human, an online practice with an increasing interest in late-diagnosis neurodiversity. She also runs community-based meditation and relaxation sessions, is a clinical supervisor and lectures for several CPHT schools.
