Mind over weight is designed to help you understand the psychology behind weight control. It involves learning valuable techniques and strategies to beat cravings, over-eating, snacking, etc. My aim is to help you regain control and change your attitude to food forever!
Imagine being able to eat what you want when you are hungry, and not have to obsess about calories and still lose weight consistently.
This programme runs over eight weekly sessions, one evening per week. Each week specific issues are addressed that challenge your relationship and habits around food, in a safe and non-judgemental group setting with people who share similar experiences.
