Usui Reiki Level 1

This is a small group course (between 2 and 4 attendees). Original Japanese techniques and meditations are used and the day is spent using the Reiki energies and learning to self heal, treat others, send distant healing and meditating on the reiki energy as well as re-learning how to feel energy and experience it.

We start at 12 mid-day and finish at 18.30 approx.

You can either collect your manual and cd prior to the course or I can post them to you by first class Royal Mail. A deposit of £30 + postage and packing of £4 is required.
