About me

Come as you are.

I’m Tracey-Anne - an integrative therapist working with the whole person: mind, body, nervous system and story. My practice brings together hypnotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), the Rewind Technique, Bowen therapy and Therapeutic Yin Yoga - not as a menu of options but as a cohesive, responsive way of working that meets you exactly where you are.

People come to me carrying stress and anxiety that has become the background hum of daily life. Grief that has no timetable. Trauma that lives quietly in the body. Phobias that have begun to shrink the world. Fears around driving, flying, medical settings. Life transitions that have shifted the ground beneath them. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t need to arrive with the right words. You just need to arrive.

I believe that lasting change doesn’t come from willpower or insight alone - it comes from working at the level where patterns are actually held: in the nervous system, in the subconscious, in the body’s memory. That is where integrative therapy works. And it is why I draw on multiple, complementary approaches rather than a single technique.

I see clients in person at my therapy room at Home Farm in Shropshire - a peaceful, private space in the countryside near Wenlock Edge and Shrewsbury - and online via Zoom for those who prefer to work from home.

Sessions are £60. A free 15-minute discovery call is available - no pressure, no commitment, just a conversation to see if we’re a good fit.

Come as you are. Leave more like yourself.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and an integrative therapist based in Shropshire, working with clients in person near Shrewsbury and online across the UK.

My training spans hypnotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), the Rewind Technique for trauma and phobia resolution, Bowen therapy and Therapeutic Yin Yoga. This breadth of training means I don’t apply a single technique - I draw on whichever combination of approaches best serves each individual client.

My training has included work with a wide range of presenting issues including anxiety, stress, trauma, grief and loss, phobias and life transitions. This foundation shapes everything I do as a hypnotherapist and integrative therapist near Shrewsbury.

I work with adults experiencing stress and anxiety, trauma, phobias including driving anxiety and fear of flying, grief and bereavement, life transitions, panic attacks, low self-worth and nervous system dysregulation. Online hypnotherapy sessions via Zoom are available for clients across the UK who prefer to work from home.

I have my own lived experience of anxiety and I understand what it is to feel caught in a pattern you cannot think your way out of. That personal understanding sits alongside my professional training - clients are met with both professional rigour and genuine empathy.

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every session is shaped entirely by you.

Come as you are.  Leave more like yourself.
