About me
Come as you are.
I'm Tracey-Anne, a clinical hypnotherapist and integrative therapist working with the whole person: mind, body, nervous system and story. Alongside hypnotherapy, I draw on EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Rewind Therapy & Flash Technique and my training as a counsellor and psychotherapist means there's always space to talk things through as well.
People come to me with stress and anxiety that has become the background hum of daily life. Phobias that have begun to shrink the world: fears around driving, flying or medical settings. Trauma that lives quietly in the body. Jealousy or insecurity that keeps getting in the way. Grief, loss and life transitions that have shifted the ground beneath them. Whatever has brought you here, you don't need to arrive with the right words. You just need to arrive.
Lasting change rarely comes from willpower or insight alone. It comes from working at the level where patterns are actually held: in the subconscious, in the nervous system, in the body's memory. That is where hypnotherapy works and why it can help when talking alone hasn't.
I see clients online via secure video anywhere in the UK, as hypnotherapy works just as well from home and in person at my private studio near Wenlock Edge in Shropshire and in Shrewsbury. Evening and weekend appointments are available. I also offer counselling for individuals and couples and immersive retreat days at Home Farm.
Sessions are £60 for 50 minutes. A free 15-minute discovery call is available - no pressure, no commitment, just a conversation to see if we're a good fit.
Come as you are. Leave more like yourself.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a clinical hypnotherapist and integrative therapist based in Shropshire, practising since 2024 and working with clients in person near Shrewsbury and online across the UK. I am a Member of the National Hypnotherapy Society, a Registered Member of the BACP and an Accredited Registrant of the NCPS.
Qualifications and training
- Professional Diploma in Hypnotherapy
- Professional Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy
- BA (Hons) Philosophy & Psychology
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
- Rewind Therapy for trauma and phobia resolution
- Flash Technique
- Somatic practices, Bowen therapy and Therapeutic Yin Yoga
This breadth of training means I don't apply a single technique. I draw on whichever combination of approaches best serves each client.
I work with adults experiencing stress and anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, phobias (including driving anxiety, fear of flying and medical fears), jealousy and insecurity, grief and bereavement, life transitions, low self-worth and nervous system dysregulation. Online hypnotherapy sessions via secure video are available for clients anywhere in the UK who prefer to work from home.
I have my own lived experience of anxiety and I understand what it is to feel caught in a pattern you cannot think your way out of. That personal understanding sits alongside my professional training, so clients are met with both professional rigour and genuine empathy.
I engage in regular clinical supervision and hold full professional indemnity insurance.
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every session is shaped entirely by you.
Come as you are. Leave more like yourself.
