I am an extensively trained therapist with many years of experience, here to help you to overcome what is troubling you which has brought you here, looking for help.
I offer telephone counselling sessions. I also offer Counselling, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy online via Zoom.
If you prefer to have face-to-face therapy, I offer therapy from a private, quiet location in a homely, relaxed therapy room.
I understand just how daunting asking for help can be, and I assure you I will help you feel at ease in no time at all.

I offer the choice of a 60 minute or 90 minute session to suit your needs. Every session is unique to you, and you have the option of counselling, psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy or a combination of all 3 to better enhance your progress.
* Personal therapy - £80 per hourly session. £110 per 90 minute session.
* Couples Therapy - £95 per hourly session. £120 per 90 minute session.

I am also fully qualified to offer you the quickest therapy available using rapid hypnosis and kinetic shift to remove a fear, phobia or emotion that is troubling you in one session.
