About me

I specialise in treating all types of anxiety and stress related conditions such as IBS and panic attacks. I also enjoy helping people achieve permanent weight loss.

As a fully qualified and university trained Clinical Hypnotherapist Dip HE APHP with a Masters degree in Applied Positive Psychology MAPP (the science of happiness and success) I am interested in providing you with more than simply a solution to whatever is troubling you at the moment.

Once I've helped you to quickly overcome the difficulties and challenges that you face currently, my focus is to increase your overall health, happiness and total wellbeing. In this way, you will not just recover, but positively flourish to experience the joy of optimum mental and physical health.

I will help you become aware of your strengths and show you new ways of using them rather than working to improve your perceived weaknesses. A solution is not simply the absence of a problem,  health is not the absence of disease or happiness the absence of unhappiness.

If you are ready to change and determined to succeed you will usually only need 2-4 sessions. As we work together,  I will help you develop the skills and resources to support your continued success in the future.

My home practice is in Lyndhurst, the New Forest and I occasionally work from a shared practice in Harley St, London, however during the Covid19 situation my sessions are delivered by telephone/Skype/Zoom/Facetime or similar. During the past few months of meeting clients online, I have become aware of the advantages of this method of delivering hypnotherapy. There are no longer any geographical limitations and clients tend to feel more comfortable in their home surroundings.
