MPs also call for a great focus on getting people to understand the benefits of physical activity.

The government’s Change4Life programme is currently providing free advice on exercise and healthy eating.

But the MPs think that more needs to be done to address the issue.

It could include a ban on marketing drinks with a high sugar content to children, what goes into food and more support to reduce the risk of people needing bariatric surgery.

Hypnotherapy for weight-loss

Although hypnotherapy isn’t used as a preventative method like education is, it can in fact be a great solution for weight-loss.

By using hypnotherapy, you can address the cause of the weight gain and then take steps towards addressing the underlying causes. The hypnotherapist can help you develop a positive relationship with food and exercise to make you feel confident and happy about your body.
