My supervision approach is grounded in solution-focused practice, while also drawing on the reflective principles of person-centred therapy.
Supervision provides a supportive space to reflect on clinical work, explore challenges and develop confidence in therapeutic decision-making. While reflection is an important part of the process, my approach also aims to offer practical insight that helps supervisees move forward with clarity.
I aim to create a calm, thoughtful and collaborative supervision environment where therapists feel able to think openly about their work.

My supervision combines reflective space with a practical, solution-focused perspective, helping therapists develop clarity, confidence and safe, effective practice.
Alongside my clinical practice, I am also a lecturer for the Solution Focused Training Academy, where I help train new hypnotherapists. This experience keeps me closely connected with developments in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and informs my supervision work.
I offer supervision for hypnotherapists at different stages of their professional development. I currently facilitate a group for newly qualified therapists who are beginning their clinical work, as well as offering individual supervision for more experienced practitioners.
My aim is to provide a supportive space where therapists can reflect on their work, develop confidence and continue growing in their practice.
Supervision is available online or in person in Rugby.

The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members. There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
