About me

Wendy Ross is a Clinical Hypnotherapists and NLP Master Practitioner who uses both Neuro-Linguistic Programming and hypnosis at her Practice in Lincolnshire called Tranquil Waters Practice.

Wendy is a caring, friendly and patient therapist who is fully qualified in many areas of hypnosis and consults in a tranquil, unique and relaxed environment. Wendy helps clients change their lives and become who they want to be by getting the desired changes.

Wendy has trained with Richard Bandler (Co-founder of NLP) and Paul McKenna, (TV Hypnotist) on their many London courses, together with training with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis at the University of Central England and has also studied various Masterclasses in therapy including Panic Disorder, Managing Hypertension, Hypnosis in Psychiatry and Life Coaching. Wendy is also a Full Member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

Wendy's original background was within the field of Medical Personal Injury Law. Within the law profession Wendy worked with medical and psychological cases in which clients were affected by accidents and as a result decided to study further the psychological aspects of the mind which is what led her to studying hypnotherapy. Wendy has had her practice for a number of years in Deeping St James, Lincolnshire and has gained a wealth of experience in treating relevant conditions both medical/non medical and psychological.

Wendy uses precision to pinpoint exactly what clients want and uses skills, knowledge and techniques to allow clients to relax and let the process of change happen. This enables clients to make changes to take control of their lives and become the people they truly want to be.

Wendy is also a member of the NHS Alternative Practitioners and receives referrals from GPs, together with being a member of NAPS (National Association of Premenstrual Syndrome) where Wendy promotes and assists with the awareness of Premenstrual Syndrome.

Wendy helps clients see the benefits of Clinical Hypnotherapy and what can be achieved through it. Wendy is here to help clients achieve their goals.

The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH) is a national professional body whose aim is to promote and assure high standards in the practice of hypnotherapy.

There are various types of membership of BSCH, including associate members, full members, diplomats and fellows.

Registration demands good quality training, ethical practice and adherence to a code of conduct.
