Earlsfield Hypnotherapy

About me

I am a certified and registered clinical hypnotherapist based in Earlsfield, South West London. I run my practice from my home and online and am available in the evenings after 4;30pm and at weekends.

Having been a carer most of my life, whilst working full time and raising a family, I am acutely aware of the many struggles and challenges people face on a daily basis.

Chronic stress can have a severe negative impact on both our physical health and mental well being and I am particularly interested in helping people to regain control over their life, both by managing the way they handle stress and stress-related illnesses and anxieties, as well as improving their confidence and self esteem.
