Valerie Taylor-Walker, Earlsfield Hypnotherapy

About me

I am a qualified and insured hypnotherapist based in Earlsfield, South London. I run my practice from my home and am available in the evenings, after 5pm, and at weekends. Also available for online therapy over Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp.

Having been a carer most of my life whilst working full time and raising a family, I am acutely aware of the many struggles and challenges people face on a daily basis.  Chronic stress can have a severe negative impact on both our physical health and mental well being and I am particularly interested in helping people to regain control over their life, both by managing the way they handle stress and stress-related illnesses and anxieties, as well as improving their confidence and self esteem.
