About me

Discover a new path to personal growth with Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy at New Grounds Hypnotherapy.

I’m Toby, and I’m dedicated to helping clients free themselves from anxiety, overcome deep-rooted phobias, improve sleep, and uplift their mood.

Each session is uniquely tailored to you, using a holistic approach that addresses your specific emotional, mental, or physical challenges. Together, we’ll work towards breakthroughs that are both empowering and long-lasting. By combining hypnotherapy with brief therapy methods, you’ll experience real, effective results. This approach taps into both your conscious and subconscious mind, helping you achieve a more fulfilling and balanced life.

With a background in Human Biology and Psychology (BSc Hons), I bring the latest mental health research into our sessions, so you can continue to benefit from these insights long after therapy ends.

We offer face-to-face appointments in Newcastle-under-Lyme on request, just book your free Discovery Call today to schedule your first session.

We also offer remote appointments, held online via Zoom, giving you easy access to a powerful therapeutic experience from the comfort of your home.

Have questions? Reach out to us by email anytime. Take the first step towards lasting change—schedule your Discovery Call today and begin your journey to a more empowered you.

Wheelchair user access info
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

For face-to-face sessions, there is a disabled parking space directly outside the building and I have a wheelchair ramp available.
