Hypnotherapy is an outstanding catalyst for positive and profound change. I complement hypnosis with tailored skills training modules as an integral part of my approach to further instil the positive change and prepare my clients for future challenges and their own path of personal growth. Depending on the client such training can take elements of Relaxation skills, Resilience skills (particularly powerful for those struggling with work-related stress issues and anxiety) and assertiveness coaching which is truly life-changing.
I use the evidence-based methods of Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy from three practice locations in London - Bond Street, The City and Clapham. My speciality areas of therapy help those struggling with Anxiety and its many related symptoms although I offer my services to help other issues including many other phobias, persistent unwanted thoughts, compulsive behaviours, help to give up smoking, and overeating.
My aim is to put you back in control of your thoughts, feelings and emotions using skills training, techniques and insights from across the Cognitive-Behavioural and Hypnotherapy spectrum. All therapeutic methods used are tailored to your specific situation with our goals discussed and mutually agreed at the outset and a plan of therapy designed specifically to work toward them.
I put a high premium on our ability to work together as a team to reach the optimum therapeutic outcome. Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, the focus of which was specifically on evidence based practice. I initial came to Hypnotherapy with a sceptical mindset. The evidence based approach convinced me of the profundity of this method and as a practitioner I have seen its effects at first hand.
My training also prepares me to deliver Relaxation skills training, Resilience training and Assertiveness coaching.
I am a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
Prior to practicing as a hypnotherapist I worked for eight years at a leading international Investment Bank in the City of London, an education itself in human nature, behaviour and different strategies for coping in a highly pressured environment.

The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.

Along with Andras Keleti I run a regular meet-up group in London for anyone with an interest in learning about methods and techniques for relaxation and combating anxiety and stress.
