About me
Cambridge HypnoCoach offers a calm, neuroscience‑informed space for meaningful change, specialising in solution-focused hypnotherapy for ages 7+ to adults. A central focus of the practice is anxiety in all its forms - from the intense pressure of sports anxiety and exam anxiety to the daily strain of parenting anxiety, teenage overwhelm, and the chronic tension that often accompanies burnout.
Cambridge HypnoCoach is well‑known for supporting sports performance, including work with ice skaters and athletes across a wide range of sports, using mental imagery rehearsal to reduce anxiety, sharpen focus, and build the inner steadiness needed for consistent performance.
Beyond sport, the practice supports clients with confidence issues, phobias, habit breaking, stop smoking, executive dysfunction, and weight management, recognising how often these challenges are intertwined with underlying anxiety.
Sessions are positive, deeply relaxing, and transformative, using a solution‑focused approach that helps clients move towards what’s working, rather than becoming stuck in what feels overwhelming. The practice is proudly inclusive and neuro‑affirming, honouring the diverse ways people think, feel, and process the world. Clients experience a warm, steady environment where anxiety softens, confidence grows, and lasting change becomes both achievable and sustainable.
