About me
I offer a calm, supportive space for meaningful change, specialising in solution‑focused hypnotherapy for children (7+), teenagers, and adults. My work centres on anxiety in all its forms —fears & phobias, unwanted habits, IBS, performance and exam anxiety, parenting and teenage overwhelm, and the chronic tension that often accompanies burnout.
I work extensively with children and teenagers, helping them manage stronger emotions and quicker stress responses that naturally come with a developing brain. Hypnotherapy gives young people a gentle, effective way to settle anxiety, build confidence, and feel more in control.
Cambridge HypnoCoach is well‑known for performance support across many settings. I work with ice skaters, athletes, and professionals who need to feel steady and confident under pressure — whether competing, presenting at work, speaking in meetings, or managing high‑stakes responsibilities. Mental imagery rehearsal helps reduce anxiety, sharpen focus, and build the inner stability needed for consistent, confident performance.
I also support clients with confidence issues, self esteem & identity, executive dysfunction, habit change such as stopping smoking and weight management. These challenges often sit alongside underlying anxiety, and hypnotherapy offers a gentle, effective way to create lasting change.
Sessions are positive, deeply relaxing, and forward‑focused. Rather than dwelling on what feels overwhelming, I focus on strengths, practical solutions, and personalised achievable progress. My practice is proudly inclusive and neuro‑affirming, honouring the diverse ways people think, feel, and process the world. Every session is tailored individually for you.
Clients describe feeling calmer, clearer, and more capable — experiencing a warm, steady environment where anxiety softens, confidence grows, and change becomes both achievable and sustainable.
