About me

About Me:

I am Symantha Simcox and I help people find resolutions to the troubling issues that limit their potential in the world and steal true enjoyment and contentment. Together we can work on changing worries, fears, concerns, and behaviours that prevent you from getting the most out of your life. You are looking for some help, and I want to help you but, when considering personal therapy, it is important that you aim to choose the best therapist for you. So, check out a few of us.

Choose with care.

The relationship between therapist and client is totally different from any other relationship formed in life. It is not friendship and yet I carefully hold the most personal, cherished, and often hidden thoughts and feelings of my clients. It is not a personal relationship, yet it is deeply personal and there is a very real compassionate and significant connection.  This is the place we do our work. The relationship is formal, contractual, and holds strict boundaries, yet it reaches into the limitless space of your hopes, dreams, behaviours, and fears.

About Hypnosis

Hypnosis can enhance the process of self-exploration, helping you find the solution from within. Hypnosis is a key tool in my therapy toolbox and I guide you gently through the process within a confidential, comfortable, and non-judgmental space. I do everything I can to protect our relationship so that you can feel totally at ease, totally safe, and totally able to commit to doing some truly life-changing work. Hypnosis is like a guided meditation where I will take the information you give and weave it into a narrative that can assist change whilst you are accessing a comfortable safe state of relaxation.

Look at my website, there is a wealth of information there including some audio recordings for you to listen to, then reach out and connect.

Aim to speak with at least 3 therapists, and when you are ready to make the leap into therapy and changing your life for good, go with the one that feels most aligned with you,  and your aims and goals of therapy.

I sincerely hope to hear from you very soon.
