About me
One of the most common problems i come across is anxiety and panic attacks. I will help you to reset your brain, transforming your thinking & ridding you of anxiety. Many therapists will teach you coping strategies and breathing techniques, this just helps masks the anxiety. I will help you to break free from anxiety and panic attacks. If you suffer with anxiety & panic attacks and there seems to be no logical reason for the trigger, please drop me an e mail. All my sessions are available on line as well as in one of my offices
As well as anxiety and panic attacks i will help you overcome phobias, deal with depression, break habits & OCD, break eating habits & many other things. I want to help you get from where you are to where you want to be & build your confidence to a new level.
I would like to inspire you, help you build a can do mindset, & give you the mental tool set so that you can overcome any obstacles that may have previously stopped you from achieving your desired outcome. If there are things that you believe are impossible to change then please send me an e mail .
As a senior Hypnotherapist, practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and a Professional Coach I will help you to understand yourself, discover where you want to be and help you build a path towards your chosen destination.
I have many years experience as a full time hypnotherapist and Professional Coach and i still get a great kick of satisfaction each time somebody achieves there objective.
I offer a personalised, individual approach combining hypnotherapy, mind mangement, inspirational coaching and NLP (nuero linguistic programing) . I treat my clients as individuals and I believe in changing my therapy & coaching to fit the client. I have a wealth of life experience, that backed up by my professional knowledge allows me to offer a unique insight and excellent service to all of my clients.
I try to make it as easy as possible for people to see me and to this end I have offices in Preston, Blackpool, Lancaster & Warton and also do sessions over Zoom.
Hypnotherapy can be used to treat a range of emotional and psychological problems and a wide range of unhelpful behaviours. Hypnotherapy is an excellent intervention to support people in making positive changes in their lives. I have heard over the years many people saying such things as “why don’t you just do it” or “ its simple enough anybody can do that”. As individuals we are all have our own life experiences and what is easy for one person, is not necessarily so for another.
If you want to make a positive change in your life then hypnotherapy and or Coaching can be an excellent tool in helping you achieve your goals. Please get in touch if you are interested in a consultation or would like a confidential discussion about how I may be able to help you.

My Client Testimonials
Dear Steve
After 11 years of anxiety and panic attack’s with various medical help, I wasn’t sure I would be able to relax enough to benefit from clinical hypnosis. However, I was willing to give it a try and I am so glad I did. You put me at ease straight away and with each session I was able to relax into it more and more. Not only have my self-esteem and confidence taken a massive boost, I feel less anxious about the day to day activities that were really difficult for me. I have found an inner calm that I never thought I would feel again. I can’t thank you enough Steve.
Thank you for everything.
Good morning Steve,
I would like to say a massive thank you for helping me to feel whole again. My confidence is grown, I feel so much more balanced and mentally stronger. My anxiety and depression is so much more controlled.
Steve has been fantastic. I had extreme pain and was suffering with stress and anxiety when I first saw him, my confidence was low and I didn't know what to do. He has turned my life around. I would highly reccommed him to anyone! Thank you Steve!
"Hi Steve, How are you? I just thought I'd drop you a quick note to let you know how I am going after my hypnotherapy back in June. Yesterday I sang twice with absolutely no fear and have been really enjoying myself. I have teamed up with another chap and we are building our act more and more and as I said we had two gigs yesterday and they went really well. So, whatever you did mate, it worked so Thank you Thank you." Hugh
"Hi Steve, As you know I have suffered with an ever increasing phobia of frogs & toads (and anything in between) for over 35 years. This fear had been with me since a childhood incident, that had meant I could not look at a photograph of them or even say the words 'frog' or 'toad, at the age of 45, I shouldn't feel like this, but it had just got worse as the years went by. I never expected to ever be able to change that feeling & just learned to work around it.
