About me

Well done for taking the steps to find a therapist to help you achieve your goals and cope with life's challenges. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a combination of psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy and is scientifically and clinically proven to be an effective treatment for a number of conditions including anxiety, exam stress, panic attacks, phobias, low mood, insomnia, IBS, low self-esteem, weight loss, ease of childbirth, stopping smoking, and much more. By working together, we can make things better.

I run a professional warm and welcoming practice in Romsey, Winchester, Southampton and London and whilst normally most of my clients are seen face to face, due to Covid-19 I have also been meeting with them over Zoom and other media platforms which works really well.

The positive rapport I have with my clients is an important key to building trust and helping therapy work quickly and efficiently.

I am passionate about helping others to be the best version of themselves and enabling them to cope with whatever challenges they are facing. Solution Focused Therapy works by focusing on the solution rather than the problem and generally gets quicker results.

What drives me is my desire and ability to help people make positive changes in their lives in a way that is both right for them and long-lasting.
