Hello, I'm Sobia, and I am a Skype based hypnotherapist and life coach. I can help you with issues such as stress, anxiety, insomnia, phobias and general overwhelm. I can also help you when you are experiencing blocks and unsure how to move forward. This could be in a general sense or creatively. We can work on personal goals as well, and how you can overcome inhibitions to feel more confident and in control.
I use a cognitive behavioural approach and also general hypnotherapy as well as EFT (emotional freedom therapy) or tapping. These are fast and effective ways to deal with such issues, so that you can access your own power, to feel happier and more in control. When you move forward you usually feel lighter and more filled with energy.
It may be that you feel ready, but are unsure about how to best make these changes in empowering yourself and moving forward; I want to help you access your own inner resources so that you can make lasting changes. Hypnotherapy and EFT can bypass your conscious resistance and help you make changes at a deep level.
What to expect
The first step will be your decision to contact me. I will listen to you and your main concerns and I will outline some aspects of my approach. I will also answer any questions you may have at this stage.
If you decide to proceed, from here, we will decide on a treatment plan that suits you and we will move forward by arranging the next session. We will decide on what our goals are. Over the course of our sessions we will work together to identify some of the patterns that may be holding you back and how to replace these with more effective ones. We may use NLP, or EFT techniques. We will aim for balance, for you to feel better aligned.
In order to effect lasting and deep rooted change it is often necessary to work at more than one level. We can work on a psychological level through NLP and hypnotherapy, but also help physical aspects like anxiety through hypnotherapy and EFT. We may go deeper here and look at psycho-spiritual systems such as the Enneagram, if you feel comfortable and would like to do so.
And finally, we would only move forward at a pace comfortable for you. Although I hope to guide the process, every step of the way, it is you who is in control.

I am a fully qualified and insured cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist with professional indemnity insurance and an enhanced DBS certificate. I am also a member of the professional regulatory body, the NCH. I therefore adhere to a professional code of conduct and abide by a rigorous ethical code and the highest standards. I undertake supervision to enhance my skills on a regular basis.
