About me
I am a fully qualified, experienced and professional body accredited hypnotherapist. I have such belief in the difference that hypnotherapy can make to people. It’s a short -term therapy, so in a relatively little amount of time, clients can benefit positively. Each of us is unique and hypnotherapy is personalised to suit individual needs.
I am thoroughly committed to working collaboratively with clients to bring about the positive changes that are wanted.
I work in-person with clients, am based in Hitchin and have a therapy room. During a free initial phone consultation, clients have the opportunity to go ahead and book in for hypnotherapy sessions, if it feels right for them.
Hypnotherapy can offer you a fresh approach to reach goals and make positive changes that impact your everyday life. I help clients with confidence, self-esteem, stress and anxiety issues, including phobias. I have a particular interest in working with clients to better manage life situations, whether related to health issues such as cancer journey or pain management or challenges due to circumstances. Also, I work with clients to end habits such as smoking and vaping and on weight management and food relationships.

Testimonials
“I didn’t know that nearly all actions and behaviours happen without conscious thought and that we often default to stored patterning. After three sessions of hypnotherapy, I had enough confidence to manage a situation and not feel stressed.”
“Hypnotherapy was suggested by someone on my medical team to complement conventional treatment. I had hypnotherapy to support me on my cancer journey through the stages of diagnosis, surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Sharon’s approach is friendly and professional. I am listened to, supported without judgement and it helped me to manage challenges positively.”
“I had a significant change in my life circumstances. Hypnotherapy enabled me to pause, reflect and reset - it made a real difference.”
