About me
With over 15 years’ experience in education as a Food and Nutrition Teacher and Director of Faculty, roles that I truly loved! My passion has always been supporting others, nurturing confidence, and helping people grow. Whether working with students, colleagues or parents, I’ve always been driven by helping people recognise their strengths and move forward positively.
That same passion naturally led me to Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. By combining my background in education with this gentle, evidence-based approach, I support clients to move forward with calmness, confidence and a renewed sense of control. My teaching experience allows me to explain the neuroscience behind stress and anxiety in a clear, reassuring way, helping you understand how your mind works and how to regain balance.
All sessions are held online, with links sent after booking.
In person appointments in the Bristol and Bath areas are available on request.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a BA(hons) and a PGCE in teaching, alongside specialist training in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy with the CPHT.
I am qualified with a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD).
