ABOUT ME 👧:
I'm a fully insured and PVG certified clinical solution focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, and can help you with anxiety, depression, anger, confidence issues, weight management performance anxiety, fears and phobias, and smoking/vaping cessation, (to name a few!)
Sessions available in person or online for both adults and children (Over 6). 🙋💻
I completed my training at 'The Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy training school' (CHPT) 📖 (DSFH)

Training, qualifications & experience
I've been self employed since 2014, originally training as a beauty and holistic therapist, gaining my NQ/ HNC and HND back in 2003.
I then went on to gain my DSFH after training at the Clifton practice hypnotherapy school and absolutely love being able to help you all untangle those busy brains!
It's a brilliant combination of therapies as I'm there with my solution focused hypnotherapy skills, to help you rewire your subconscious' way of dealing with things (we don't need to talk about the problems by the way- it's all positive stuff) and once you finish your hypnotherapy sessions with me, there's the option of relaxing both body and mind with some relaxing holistic treatments too!

Fees and Payments:
The initial consultation and sessions thereafter are £75. (Apart from smoking/vaping cessation which is a one off session at £195)
I accept cash, card, or bank transfer and can email or text you a receipt if required.
Further information
I offer solution focused hypnotherapy sessions both online and in person
And can treat anyone, adult or child from the age of 6!
I also offer short complimentary demonstrations for groups and businesses.
